Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Yiddish Warmth, we take pride in the quality of our products, which are printed on-demand just for you through trusted drop-shipping partners. Due to the personalized nature of this process and our status as a micro-business, we are unable to accept returns for any reason. We appreciate your understanding that we cannot resell items that have been printed specifically for an individual order.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds for any products. Our policy is strictly for replacements in the specific cases of defective items due to a manufacturing error or if the wrong item was shipped due to our error.
In the case of items damaged during shipment, the shipping company may, at their discretion and according to their policies, choose to issue a refund directly to the customer. This process is entirely managed by the shipping carrier and is separate from our replacement policy. We are not responsible for issuing refunds for items damaged in transit; our role is to assist with the shipping claim process to facilitate a potential resolution from the shipping company.
Commitment to Quality: Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive your order in excellent condition. Therefore, we offer replacements in the following specific circumstances:
- Defective Products: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or error.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered due to an error in our production process.
- Damaged During Shipping: If your package sustains damage during transit.
How to Request a Replacement:
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

- A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
- Photographs that clearly show the defect or damage. These are essential for us to assess the issue and for any potential claims with the shipping carrier.
The Review and Replacement Process:
- For Items Damaged in Shipping: Once we receive your email and supporting photographs, we will initiate a claim with the responsible shipping company. Please understand that the timeline for their investigation and any subsequent replacement or refund is entirely dependent on the shipping agent's policies and procedures, which are outside of our control. We will keep you informed of any updates we receive from the shipping carrier.
- For Defective Products or Incorrect Items: If the production process resulted in a defective item or you received the wrong product, we will review your email and the accompanying photographs. If we determined that the issue was due to an error on our part, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be shipped to you as quickly as possible via standard shipping at no additional cost to you.
Important Notes:
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects, damage during shipping, or receiving the wrong item due to our error.
- Replacements will only be for the exact same item that was originally ordered.
- For items damaged during shipment, you may be required to retain the damaged item and its original packaging for potential inspection by the shipping carrier.
